Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırmada Adana ve ilçelerindeki alabalık üretme çiftliklerinde kullanılan alabalık yemlerinin aflatoksin düzeyleri ve dönemlere göre aflatoksin miktarının değişiminin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Aflatoksinlerle kontamine olmuş yemlerin alabalık yetiştiriciliğinde meydana getirdiği en önemli sorun çok düşük (ppb) düzeylerde bulunması durumunda dahi yemden yararlanmayı azaltması ve büyümede gerilemeye neden olmasıdır. Alabalık üretme çiftliklerinden toplanan 33 adet yem örneğinde Aflatoksin B1 ve toplam Aflatoksin (B1+B2+G1+G2) aranması yüksek basınçlı likit kromatografi (HPLC) ile yapılmıştır. Örneklerin 8 tanesinde Aflatoksin B1 tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucu alabalık yemlerinin hiçbirisi ülkemiz aflatoksin limitlerini aşmamaktadır. Bu açıdan ilimiz ve çevresindeki alabalık çiftliklerinde kullanılan yemlerde bir sorun yok gibi görünmektedir. şimdilik yasal bir sorun yoktur.
English In this study, the aim was to determine the level of aflatoxin and the change in the quantity of aflatoxin according to periods in trout feed used in the trout producing farm in Adana and environs. The most important problem, which aflatoxin contaminated feed causes in trout producing, is even at very low levels, it reduces the benefit from the feed and causes retrogreeion in growth. The search for aflatoxin B1 and total Aflatoxin (B1+B2+G1+G2) in 33 feed samples, which were collected from the farms, was done with High Pressure Liqiud Columne (HPLC). Aflatoxin B1 was found in 8 of the samples. The conclusion of the research is that none of the trout feed used in Adana and environs, has aflatoxin over the country limit. It seems there's no problem with the feed in this respect, at least there is not a legal problem.
German In dieser Studie Ziel war es, den Grad der Aflatoxin und die Änderung in der Menge von Aflatoxin nach Perioden in Forellen Futter in die Forelle produzieren Bauernhof in Adana und Umgebung. Das größte Problem, die Aflatoxin-kontaminierten Futtermitteln in der Herstellung von Forelle verursacht, ist sogar auf sehr niedrigem Niveau, es reduziert den Nutzen aus dem Feed und verursacht Retrogreeion in Wachstum. Die Suche nach Aflatoxin B1 und total Aflatoxin (B1 + B2 + G1 + G2) in 33 Futter Proben, die von den Höfen erfasst wurden, erfolgte mit hohem Druck Liqiud Kolumne (HPLC). Aflatoxin B1 fand in 8 Proben. Der Abschluss der Forschung ist, dass keiner der Forellen feed verwendet, in Adana und Umgebung, Aflatoxin über die Landes-Grenze hat. Es scheint, es gibt kein Problem mit dem Feed in dieser Hinsicht, zumindest gibt es kein rechtliches Problem.
