Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırmada, 15 farklı karpuz genotipinin tuz stresine karşı (75 ve 150 mM NaCl) reaksiyonları su kültürü koşullarında test edilmiştir. Genotiplerin tuz stresine toleransı, yeşil aksam ve kök kuru madde üretimi, simptom skala dereceleri, sodyum (Na), potasyum (K), kalsiyum, (Ca) konsantrasyonları, K/Na ve Ca/Na oranlarıyla ilişkilendirilmiştir. Bunun yanında, yaprakların klorofil konsantrasyonları ve oransal su içeriklerindeki değişimler de incelenmiştir. Ancak, kullanılan parametreler içinde genotiplerin tolerans düzeylerini, simptom dereceleri ve yeşil aksam Na konsantrasyon değerleri daha güvenilir bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Tuz stresi koşullarında yeşil aksamında düşük düzeyde Na içeren 216 nolu genotipin semptom derecesinin düşük olduğu ve sonuçta tolerans derecesinin yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte, 150 mM NaCl'de, 216 nolu genotiple benzer simptom derecelerine sahip olan 260 ve 98 nolu genotiplerin her ikisinin de Na'u dışlayan ve tolerant genotipler olduğu anlaşılmıştır. 37 nolu genotiple birlikte, 59, 178, Crimson Sweet ve Crimson Tide genotiplerinin Na kabullenen ve hassas genotipler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. 13 nolu genotip ise hassas ve orta düzeyde Na dışlayan bir mekanizmaya sahiptir. Yüksek tuz dozu dikkate alınırsa, 174, 242, 117, 181, 229 ve 249 nolu genotiplerin Na kabullenen ve orta düzeyde hassas genotipler olduğu söylenebilir.
English In this study, reactions of 15 different watermelon genotypes were screened for salt stress (at 75 ve 150 mM NaCl) in nutrient solution culture. Tolerance of genotypes to salt stress was correlated by shoot and root dry matter production, symptom score degrees, sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (Ca) concentrations, K/Na and Ca/Na ratios. Moreover, changes of chlorophyll concentrations and relative water content of leaves were also studied. However, among the parameters used, the symptom scores and shoot Na concentration were more reliable parameters for salt stress tolerance of the genotypes. The genotype 216 which contained low Na concentration had lower symptom score in shoot under salinity which in turn had high tolerance degree. Moreover, at 150 mM NaCl, it was found that the genotypes 260 and 98 had also similar symptom scores with the genotype 216, and both were Naexcluder and tolerant. It was determined that the genotypes 59, 178, Crimson Sweet and Crimson Tide along with genotype 37, were Na-includer and sensitive types. The genotype 13 was sensitive and had semi-Na-exclusion mechanism. Based on the high NaCl dose, the genotypes 174, 242, 117, 181, 229 and 249 were Na-includer and moderately sensitive types.
German In dieser Studie wurden die Reaktionen von 15 verschiedenen Wassermelone Genotypen für Salz Stress (bei 75 Ve 150 mM NaCl) in Nährlösung Kultur gezeigt. Toleranz der Genotypen zum Stress Salz wurde durch schießen und Wurzel Trockenmasse, Symptom Score Grad, Natrium (Na), Kalium (K), Kalzium (Ca)-Konzentrationen, K/Na und Ca/Na-Verhältnis korreliert. Darüber hinaus wurden auch Änderungen der Konzentrationen von Chlorophyll und relativen Wassergehalt der Blätter untersucht. Jedoch gehörten zu den verwendeten Parametern die Symptom Partituren und schießen Na-Konzentration zuverlässiger Parameter für Salz Stresstoleranz der Genotypen. Der Genotyp 216 enthaltene Na niedrig-hatte niedrigere Symptom Score im Schießen unter Salzgehalt, die wiederum hohe Toleranz Grad hatte. Darüber hinaus bei 150 mM NaCl, ergab, dass die Genotypen 260 und 98 auch ähnliche Symptom punktet mit der Genotyp 216 hatte, und beide Naexcluder waren und tolerant. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Genotypen 59, 178, Crimson Sweet und Crimson Tide zusammen mit Genotyp 37, Na-Includer und empfindlichen Arten waren. Der Genotyp 13 war empfindlich und Semi-Na-Ausschlussmechanismus hatte. Auf der Grundlage der hohen NaCl-Dosis waren die Genotypen 174, 242, 117, 181, 229 und 249 Na-Includer und mäßig empfindlichen Arten.
