Descriptions : Turkish Araştırmanın amacı, Çukurova Bölgesinde sera ve tarla koşullarında, kanola ekimi sonrasında yetiştirilen mısır bitkisine mikoriza aşılamasının, büyüme ve besin elementleri alımına ve toprak özelliklerine olan etkilerinin belirlenmesidir. Deneme, iki aşamalı olarak Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Toprak ve Bitki Besleme Bölümünde sera denemesi ve Araştırma Uygulama Çiftliğinde de tarla denemesi olarak yürütülmüştür. Denme bitkisi kanola mısır ve bakla bitkileri, mikoriza türü olarak da kokteyl mikoriza (G. intradices, G. mossea, G. etinicatum, G. caledonium, G. intaradices, G. fasciculatum ve Dr. Kindom karışımı) kullanılmıştır. Deneme sonunda bitkilerde üst aksam kuru madde üretimi, verim, kök infeksiyonu, P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn ve Cu konsantrasyonu, danede yağ analizi ile topraklarda spor sayısı, dehidrogenaz aktivitesi ve CO2 üretimi belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, mikoriza aşılamasının, saksı ve tarla koşullarında kanola bitkisinin büyümesi ve besin elementleri alımına etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Kanola sonrası mikoriza aşılanmış mısır bitkisinin verim ve besin elementleri alımı mikoriza aşılanmamış bitkilere göre artmıştır. Kanola-bakla karışık ekilmiş saksı ve tarla demelerinde kanola bitkisinin büyüme ve besin elementleri alımı yalnız kanola ekili uygulamalara göre daha etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Mikoriza aşılaması mısır ve bakla bitkisinin verim, besin elementleri alımını ve aynı zamanda toprakta mikrobiyal aktiviteyi de (CO2 üretimi ve Dehidrogenaz Aktivitesi) arttırmıştır. Sonuç olarak, kanola sonrası ekilen mısır bitkisine mikoriza aşılaması, bitki verimi ve besin elementi alımını mikoriza aşılaması yapılmayanlara oranla arttırır şeklinde kurulan hipotez destek görmüştür.
English The aim of study was to determine the effect of canola residual by following second crop maize which is mycorrhiza-dependent upon growth, nutrient uptake and soil properties. The experiment was carried out in greenhouse and field conditions simultaneously for three years at the same place on a rotation at the Research Farm of the University of Çukurova, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, Adana-Turkey. Canola, maize and horse bean were used as test plant and cocktail mycorrhiza (G. intradices, G. mossea, G. etinicatum, G. caledonium, G. intaradices, G. fasciculatum and Dr. Kindom species) was used as an inoculum. Under greenhouse conditions sterile and non-sterile soil was used. Under field conditions, the effect of cocktail mycorrhiza on canola and maize after canola growth were searched. For both of experiments, shoot dry weight, yield, root infection, P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu concentration, seed oil content, number of spore, dehydrogenase activity and CO2 production were determined. The results are shown that under pot and field experiment mycorrhiza inoculation have no significant effects on canola growth and nutrient uptake. Mycorrhiza inoculation significantly increased maize after canola plant growth and nutrient uptake compared to non-mycorrhizal treatments. Maize after canola rotation has a significant effect on growth, especially was more pronounced for mycorrhizal inoculation. Canola and horsebean mix cultivation has a better growth and nutrient uptake than single canola cultivation. Mycorrhiza inoculation increased microbial activity (CO2 production and dehydrogenase activity). Results are supporting our hypothesis that mycorrhiza inoculated maize after canola growth increased yield and nutrient concentration more than non inoculated treatments.
German Ziel der Studie war es, bestimmen die Wirkung von Raps residual mithilfe der folgenden zweiten Ernte Mais die Mykorrhiza-abhängigen ist auf Wachstum, Nährstoffaufnahme und Bodeneigenschaften. Das Experiment wurde in Gewächshaus und Feld Bedingungen gleichzeitig für drei Jahre an der gleichen Stelle auf eine Drehung auf der Farm Research der Universität Çukurova, Fakultät für Landwirtschaft, Abteilung Bodenkunde und Pflanzenernährung, Adana-Türkei durchgeführt. Raps, Mais und Pferd Bean dienten als Versuchsanlage und cocktail Mykorrhiza (G. Intradices, G. Mossea, G. Etinicatum, G. Caledonium, G. Intaradices, G. Fasciculatum und Dr. Kindom Spezies) wurde als ein Inokulums verwendet. Unter Gewächshausbedingungen war steril und unsteril Boden verwendet. Unter Feldbedingungen die Wirkung der cocktail Mykorrhiza auf Raps und Mais nach Raps Wachstum wurden durchsucht. Für beide Experimente, schießen Trockengewicht, Ausbeute, Wurzel-Infektion, P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn und Cu Konzentration, Saatgut Ölgehalt, Anzahl der Spore, Dehydrogenase-Aktivität und CO2-Produktion bestimmt waren. Die Ergebnisse werden angezeigt, dass keine erheblichen Auswirkungen auf Wachstum und Nährstoff-Aufnahme Raps unter Topf und Feld-Experiment-Mykorrhiza-Impfung haben. Mykorrhiza-Impfung deutlich erhöht Mais nach Raps Pflanze Wachstum und Nährstoff Aufnahme im Vergleich zu nicht-Mykorrhiza-Behandlungen. Mais nach Raps Drehung hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf Wachstum, war vor allem deutlicher für Mykorrhiza Inokulation. Anbau von Raps und Horsebean Mischung hat eine bessere Wachstum und Nährstoff-Aufnahme als einzigen Raps-Anbau. Mykorrhiza-Impfung erhöhte mikrobielle Aktivität (CO2-Produktion und -Dehydrogenase-Aktivität). Ergebnisse unterstützen unsere Hypothese, dass Mykorrhiza geimpft-Mais nach Raps Wachstum höhere Ausbeute und Nährstoff Konzentration mehr als nicht geimpfte Behandlungen
