Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırmada, değişik ara anaçlar kullanılarak oluşturulan kombinasyonlarda bodurluk özelliği gösteren anaçların belirlenmesi, anaç kalem ilişkilerinin incelenmesi, uyuşmazlık belirtilerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Navelina göbekli portakalı (N) ve Kütdiken limon (K) çeşitlerinin Turunç (T) üzerine; ayrıca Turunç üzerine ara anaç olarak Flying Dragon üç yapraklısı (FD), Citrumelo 1452 (C), Star Ruby altıntop (SR), Rubidoux üç yapraklısı (R) kullanılarak oluşturulan kombinasyonlara ait bitkiler kontrollü cam seralarda yetiştirilmiştir. Bitkilerde çap ve sürgün ölçümleri aşılamalardan sonra aylık olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmada yedi dönemde alınan bitki örneklerinde yaprak sayısı, yaprak alanı, fotosentez hızı, yaş bitki-kök ağırlığı, kuru bitki-kök ağırlığı belirlenmiştir. Bu dönemlerde yapraklarda; anaç, ara anaç altı ve ara anaç üstü kabuklarında karbonhidrat ve bitki besin elementi, tanen analizleri yapılmıştır. Aşı noktalarında boyuna kesitler IKI ile boyanarak nişasta dağılımları görüntülenmiştir. Değişik aşı kombinasyonlarının taçlandırmadan sonra, son dönemde yapılan ölçümlerde Navelina portakalında kontrole göre FD, Kütdiken limonunda kontrole göre R ara anacı en fazla bodurluk etkisi göstermiştir. Fotosentez hızı Yaz döneminde en hızlı bulunmuştur. En yüksek toplam şeker içeriği çeşit kabuklarında saptanmıştır. Bitki besin elementleri bakımından aşı kombinasyonlarının elementlerden yararlanma durumları farklılık göstermiştir. Kombinasyonların kabuk örneklerinde tanen birikimi olmadığı bulunmuştur.
English In this research, we aimed to determine, using combinations of different interstocks, the rootstocks with dwarfing characteristics, to elucidate the dwarfing mechanism, photosynthetic activities and its relations to starch and other carbohydrate accumulation and plant nutrients on bud union. For these purposes, the plants of Navelina (N) orange and Kütdiken (K) lemon, which are commonly grown as standard cultivars, were grown on either on sour orange (T) rootstocks or sour orange rootstocks with inter-stocks of Flying Dragon trifoliate orange (FD), Citrumelo 1452 (C), Star Ruby grapefruit (SR) or Rubidoux trifoliate orange (R), were grown on temperature-controlled greenhouse. The diameters of rootstocks, inter-stocks and scions were determined and shoot developments were monitored monthly after budding. In the experiments, the samples were taken on seven periods and fresh plant-root weights, dry plant-root weights, leaf number, leaf area, photosynthetic rate photosynthetic capacity were determined. In these periods, carbohydrates and plant nutri-elements were analyzed on leaf, rootstocks, below inter-rootstock and above inter-rootstock. Longitudinal sections were taken and viewed the distribution of the starch was stained with IKI. In combination with various grafts, after crowning shoot measurements which are made in Navelina orange respectively to the control plants FD interstock and in Kütdiken limon respectively to the control plants R interstock had showed the most dwarfism effect. Photosynthetic rates had the highest levels in the summer period. The highest sugar concentration was found in bark samples. Among the plant nutrielements, grafting combinations differ in terms of benefiting from nutri-elements. On samples taken from the bark tannin accumulation was not found.
German In dieser Untersuchung soll wir bestimmen, mit Kombinationen von verschiedenen Interstocks, die Wurzelstöcke mit dwarfing Eigenschaften um der dwarfing Mechanismus, photosynthetischen Aktivitäten und seine Beziehungen zu Stärke und andere Kohlenhydrat-Akkumulation und Pflanzennährstoffe über Knospe Union zu erhellen. Für diese Zwecke, die Pflanzen von Navelina (N) Orange und Kütdiken (K) Zitrone, die häufig als standard-Sorten angebaut werden, wurden angebaut auf saure Orange (T)-Unterlagen oder saure Orange-Unterlagen mit Inter Aktien von Flying Dragon dreiblättrige Orange (FD), Citrumelo 1452 (C), Star Ruby Grapefruit (SR) oder Rubidoux dreiblättrige Orange (R), auf Temperatur-kontrollierten Gewächshaus angebaut wurden. Die Durchmesser der Wurzelstöcke, Inter Aktien und Pfropfreiser wurden ermittelt und schießen Entwicklungen wurden monatlich nach angehenden überwacht. In den Experimenten die Proben wurden auf sieben Perioden und frische Pflanze-Wurzel-Gewichte, trockene Pflanze-Wurzel-Gewichte, Blatt Anzahl Blatt Bereich genommen, photosynthetische Rate photosynthetischen Kapazität wurden ermittelt. In diesen Perioden, Kohlenhydrate und Pflanzen wurden Nutri-Elements auf Blatt, Wurzelstöcke, unter Inter Wurzelstock und über Inter Wurzelstock analysiert. Längs Abschnitte wurden ergriffen und betrachtet die Verteilung der Stärke war fleckig mit IKI. In Kombination mit verschiedenen Transplantate sind nach Krönung Shoot-Messungen die Navelina Orange bzw. die Kontrolle Pflanzen FD Interstock und in Kütdiken Limon bzw. die Steuerelement-Pflanzen gemacht, die R Interstock die meisten Kleinwuchs Wirkung gezeigt hatte. Photosynthetische Preise hatte die höchsten Ebenen in den Sommermonaten. Die höchste Zuckerkonzentration wurde in Rinde Proben gefunden. Unter der Nutrielements Pflanze unterscheiden sich Unterlagsreben Kombinationen in profitiert von Nutri-Elements. Proben aus der Rinde wurde Tannin Anhäufung nicht gefunden.
