Title : Turkish Broylerlerde Karın ve Karaciğer Yağlanmasında Organik Kromun Etkisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma
English Effect of Organic Chromium on Abdomen and Liver Fat of Broiler Chicks
German Wirkung von organischen Chrom auf Bauch und Leber Fett Broiler Küken

Language : Turkish Turkish

Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma broylerlerin rasyonlarına eklenen organik kromun besi performansı, abdominal yağ, karaciğer ağırlığı, yem tüketimi, canlı ağırlık kazancı, yem dönüşüm oranı ve mortalite gibi parametrelerin araştırılması amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Kırkbeş gün süreyle yürütülen denemede 60 Cobb erkek etlik civciv kullanılmıştır. Denemede kullanılan standart etlik civciv yemi (Başlangıç yemi % 23 Hpr, 3100 kcal/kg ME), (Büyütme yemi % 22 Hpr, 3100 kcal/kg ME), (Bitirme yemi % 20 Hpr, 3100 kcal/kg ME) ve 1 Kg yeme 0, 2, 4, ve 8 gram düzeylerinde organik krom içerecek şekilde hazırlanmıştır. Denemenin ilk haftasında yem tüketimleri bakımından elde edilen sonuçlar istatistiki olarak önemli olduğu halde (P < 0.05 ) diğer haftalarda elde edilen sonuçlar istatistiki olarak önemli olmamıştır (P > 0.05 ). Canlı ağırlık kazancı bakımından gruplararası farklılık incelendiğinde 5. Hafta sonuçları dışında ( P < 0.05 ) diğer haftalarda elde edilen sonuçlar istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmamıştr ( P > 0.05 ). İncelenen diğer bütün parametreler istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmamıştır ( P > 0.05 ).
English The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of supplemental organic chromium on growth performance , abdominal fat , liver weight , feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion efficiency and mortality. 60-Cobb male broiler chicks were used throughut 45 days of experimentation. Three standard diets were fed to broilers, Starter ; 23 % protein and 3100 kcal/kg ME, Grower ; 22 % protein and 3100 kcal/kg me and Finisher ; 20 %protein and 3100 kcal/kg me. A dose of organic chromium of 0 , 2 , 4 and 8 mg/kg diet were employed. Significant effect (P < 0.05 ) of organic chromium supplementation on increased feed consumption was fount at first week of the experiment However , there was no effect ( P > 0.05 ) of organic chromium supplementation on feed consumption during the next five weeks of experimentation Organic chromium supplementation increased body weight gain at fifth weeks of the experiment ( P < 0.05 ) , hovever , no effect was found at other weeks of the experiment. No statistical effect (P> 0.05 ) of organic chromium on other parameters was found during the study.
