Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma, etlik piliç rasyonlarına likopen ve organik krom ilavesinin performans ve bazı kan metabolitleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Altı hafta süreyle yürütülen denemede, yeni kuluçkadan çıkan 80 adet erkek etlik civciv (Hubbard), benzer canlı ağırlıkta (47.62 g) her birinde 20 hayvan bulunan dört yemleme grubuna ayrılmışlardır. Hayvanlar altı hafta boyunca bazal rasyon (kontrol grubu), bazal rasyona 100 ppm Likopen (%0.8 likopen içeren Lyc-O-Mato®), 400 ppb Krom (Co-Factor III Chromium Yeast, Alltech, 0.1% Cr3+) ve 100 ppm Likopen+400 ppb Krom ilaveli rasyonlarla beslenmişlerdir. Yem ve su serbest olarak verilmiştir. Piliçlerin günlük yem tüketimleri, haftalık canlı ağırlık kazançları, deneme sonunda karkas ve abdominal yağ ağırlıkları saptanmıştır. Deneme sonunda her grubu temsilen 8 hayvandan kan örnekleri alınmış ve plazmalarında glukoz, kolesterol ve trigliserid düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Deneme sonunda elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde; denemenin ilk haftasında yemden yararlanma oranı üzerine krom katkısının etkisi istatistiki olarak önemli (p<0.05) bulunmuştur. Denemenin son haftasında ise yem tüketimi ve canlı ağırlık kazancı bakımından Likopen ve Krom arasında interaksiyon saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Ayrıca kan metabolitlerinden plazma glukoz düzeyi üzerine krom ilavesinin etkisi istatistiki olarak önemli (p<0.01) bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda etlik piliç rasyonlarına likopen ve krom ilavesinin performans üzerine etkili olmadığı, likopen ve kromun birlikte verilmesi durumunda ise yem tüketimi ve canlı ağırlık kazancında düşmeye neden olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca rasyona krom ilavesiyle plazma glukoz düzeyinin düşürülebileceği belirlenmiştir.
English The purpose of the present study was to determine the effects of dietary lycopene and organic chromium supplementation on performance and some blood metabolites of broiler chicks. A day old male broiler chicks (Hubbard) were divided 4 treatments groups with similar live weight (47.62 g), containing 20 birds each. The birds were fed basal diets (control group), 100 ppm Lycopene (%0.8 lycopene including Lyc-O-Mato®), 400 ppb Chromium (Co-Factor III Chromium Yeast, Alltech, 0.1% Cr3+) and 100 ppm Lycopene+400 ppb Chromium supplemented diets for 6 weeks period. Feed and water are given ad libitum. Broiler performance was assessed by recording weekly feed intake, weekly live weight gain, carcass weight and abdominal fat weight end of the experiment. At the end of the experiment 8 birds from each group were randomly chosen to take blood samples. The plasma was analysed for glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides. The results show that chromium supplementation had significant effects on feed efficiency ratio (p<0.05) first week of the experiment. Feed consumption and live weight gain were decreased by supplemental chromium last week of the experiment (p<0.05). Glucose content in the plasma was significantly lower in the group receiving supplemental chromium (p<0.01). The results obtained present study suggests that lycopene and chromium supplementation had no significant effects on broiler chicks performance and blood metabolites. Feed intake and live weight gain were significantly decreased by lycopene+chromium supplementation last week of the experiment.
German Der Zweck der vorliegenden Studie war, die Auswirkungen der diätetischen Lycopin und organische Chrom-Supplementierung auf die Leistung und einige Blut-Metaboliten der Broiler Küken zu bestimmen. Eine männliche Masthähnchen Eintagsküken (Hubbard) wurden 4 Behandlungen-Gruppen mit ähnlichen Lebendgewicht (47,62 g), enthält 20 Vögel aufgeteilt. Die Vögel wurden gefüttert, basale Diäten (Kontrollgruppe), 100 ppm Lycopin (0,8 % Lycopin einschließlich Lyc-O-Mato ®), 400 ppb Chrom (Co-Faktor III Chrom Hefe, Alltech, 0,1 % Cr3 +) und 100 ppm Lycopin + 400 ppb Chrom ergänzt Diäten für 6 Wochen. Futter und Wasser ad libitum erhalten. Masthähnchen-Leistung wurde durch die Aufnahme ermittelt wöchentlich feed Aufnahme, pro Lebendgewichtzunahme, Schlachtgewicht und Abdominal-Fett Gewicht Ende des Experiments. Am Ende des Experiments wurden 8 Vögel aus jeder Gruppe nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt, Blutproben zu nehmen. Das Plasma wurde für Glukose, Cholesterin und Triglyceride analysiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Chrom eine Supplementierung hatte erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Futterverwertung Verhältnis (p < 0,05) erste Woche des Experiments. Futtermittel Konsum- und Lebendgewichtzunahme wurden von gesenkt. zusätzliches Chrom letzte Woche des Experiments (p < 0,05). Inhalt der Glukose im Plasma war deutlich in der Gruppe unter zusätzliches Chrom (p < 0,01). Erzielten Ergebnisse dieser Studie deutet darauf hin, dass Lycopin und Chrom eine Supplementierung hatte keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen auf Broiler Küken Leistung und Blut Metaboliten. Futteraufnahme und Lebendgewichtzunahme waren deutlich verringerten Lycopin + Chrom Supplementierung letzte Woche des Experiments.
