Descriptions : Turkish Araştırmada Aralık, Şubat, Nisan aylarında yapraktan yapılan bor ve çinko püskürtmeleri sonucunda Gemlik zeytin çeşidin de %0.1 (B) bor ve çinko uygulaması ile meyve tutumu, verim, kalite ile yağ miktarı üzerine olan etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca dal eğme uygulaması ile verim ve kalite arasındaki ilişkiler saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Diğer yandan, genç ağaçlarda yapılacak budama yaralarının hem Verticillium solgunluğu (Verticillium dahliae ) ve dal kanseri (Pseudomanas syringae pv. Savastanoi) giriş yerleri olacağı kuşkusuyla dal eğme bu araştırmada tercih edilmiştir. Mayıs ayında alınan yaprak örnekleriyle borik asit ile Zn yaprak gübrelemesi yapılan bitki yapraklarında analiz yaparak bitkideki mikro element (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) ve makro element (K, Mg, Ca) tayini, 100 dane meyve ağırlığı, meyvede çekirdek ağırlığı, dane ağırlığı/ çekirdek ağırlığına oranı, zeytinde % yağ içeriği, pomolojik özellikleri; meyve eni (mm), meyve boyu (mm), meyve ağırlığı (g), çekirdek ağırlığı (g), çekirdek eni (mm), çekirdek boyu (mm), meyve indeksi (boy / en), meyve eti ağırlığı (g), meyve eti oranı (%), meyve et / çekirdek oranı (%)saptanmıştır.Bor uygulaması içeriği %0.1 B ve yine çinko içeriği ise %0.5 Zn tek doz püskürtme yapılmıştır.
English The aim of this study was to determine the effect of boron and zinc spray on the branch-bending of olive trees.The foliar aplication was made in december , february and april. After treatments we obtained the yield and fruit quality, the contents of macro and micro elements in the leaves as well. Concerning the protect of verticillium and pseudomonas syrıngae. It has been prefered the branch-bending treatments on the young olive trees to avoid the pruning wounds. The Boron and zinc application increased the B and Zn level in the leaves of treated olive trees. The effects of treatments on the yield and fruit quality were sometimes not significant because of alternate – bearing. In May i the leaf samples with boric acid , zinc (Zn) fertilization of the plant leaf by leaf analysis nutrient content (%-ppm), plants in the micro-elements (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) and macro elements (K, Mg, Ca) determination, 100 olive grain weight, fruit weight in the core, grain weight / core weight ratio, % olive oil content, pomological properties; fruit width (mm), fruit length (mm), fruit weight (g), kernel weight (g), fruit ratio (height / width), fruit meat weight (g), fruit meat ratio (%), fruit meat / core ratio (%) is to research issues.The Content of boron aplication of zinc content is stil 0.5 % Zinc and 0.1 % B were spraying a single dose .
German Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Auswirkungen von Bor und Zink-Spray auf dem Zweig-Biegen der Olivenbäume bestimmen.Die Blatt-Anwendung erfolgte im Dezember, Februar und April. Nach Behandlungen erhielten wir die Ausbeute und Frucht-Qualität, den Inhalt von Makro- und Mikro-Elemente in den Blättern sowie. Betreffend die Protect Verticillium und Pseudomonas Syrıngae. Es ist bevorzugte die Zweig-biegen-Behandlungen auf die jungen Olivenbäume, die Schnitt-Wunden zu vermeiden gewesen. Die Anwendung von Bor und Zink erhöht die B und Zn-Ebene in den Blättern der behandelten Olivenbäume. Die Wirkungen der Behandlungen auf den Ertrag und Frucht-Qualität waren manchmal nicht signifikant wegen Alternative – tragen. Im Mai ich das Blatt Proben mit Borsäure, Zink (Zn) Befruchtung der Pflanze Blätter von Blatt Analyse Nährstoffgehalt (%-ppm), die in den Mikro-Elementen (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) Pflanzen und Makro Elemente (K, Mg, Ca) Entschlossenheit, 100 Olive Korn Gewicht, Obst Gewicht im Kern, Korn-Gewicht / core Leistungsgewicht, % Olivenöl Inhalt, pomological Eigenschaften; Obst, Breite (mm), Obst-Länge (mm), Obst-Gewicht (g), Kernel-Gewicht (g), Frucht-Verhältnis (Höhe / Breite), Obst Fleisch Gewicht (g), Fleisch-Verhältnis (%), Obst Fleisch Obst / Core Ratio (%) ist, Fragen zu erforschen.Der Inhalt der Bor-Anwendung der Zinkgehalt ist Stil 0,5 % Zink und 0,1 % B waren eine einzige Dosis Spritzen.
